- Under the “Account Center”, select the “Account Ownership & Control Settings”.

- Choose the account you like to delete.

How to Delete the Threads Account?
If you delete the Instagram associated with the Threads, it will automatically delete your Threads profile. But, if you want to delete the Threads separately, then you have to visit the Threads.net web page on your computer. You need to follow these simple steps below to delete the Threads:
- Select the two parallel lines at the bottom of the homepage and click on “Settings”.
- You have to select the “Account” option at the top and then click on “Deactivate or Delete Profile”.
- Select the “Delete Profile” and follow the prompts.
You should note that it will take 30 days for the deletion request to go through. And if you signed back to your same Instagram account, you will have to wait 90 days to delete your account.
