Students have to download their admit card using application number, date of birth and security pin on the official webpage. The admit card will include the information such as the name of the candidate, roll number, date of birth, registration number, exam city, center address and the subjects with its codes.
Students must check their photo, signature, and barcode on the hall ticket. If there are any discrepancies, the admit card will be invalid. The official notification also states that the students will be informed about their respective subjects with codes through email. The CUET UG Re-Exam will be conducted in a CBT (computer-based test) mode.
Previously, NTA notified that the re-exam is for the students whose grievances were received till July 9, 2024. The re-test will be held only if the grievances of the candidates regarding the conduct of the exam was proved to be accurate.
It’s significant to note that, some exam venues and questions papers are in various languages, the ones not selected by the students, were distributed to the candidates. This is one of the reasons for this re-exam, as over 1000 students will appear from 6 states in India.

2. Access the link:
At the upper left side of the page, click on
“Click Here to Download CUET (UG) Admit Card (19 July 2024)” option to access the next step.
3. Download the admit card:
Here, enter the application number, date of birth, security pin and click on “Submit” to access the admit card. Take a print out of the hall ticket for future use.
More than 13.4 lakh candidates registered for CUET UG for admission to UG courses in 261 state, deemed, private and central universities in 2024. The first edition of the test was conducted in 2022, where several technical issues were reported.

Mode of Exam: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
Duration: 2 hours
Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
Subjects: Based on the course selected by the students, the subjects such as, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and General Knowledge.
Physics: Number of Questions– 25. Marks- 25
Chemistry: Number of Questions- 25. Marks- 25
Biology/Mathematics: Number of Questions- 25. Marks- 25
General Knowledge: Number of Questions- 25. Marks- 25
Total: Number of Questions- 100. Marks- 100.
CUET UG Re-Exam 2024 Exam Day Instructions
- Students have to arrive at least one hour before the reporting time.
- Candidates must bring their admit card with a valid photo ID proof.
- Examinees must not carry any electronic device, study material, or food items in the exam hall.
- Students must listen to the instructions of the invigilators during the test.
