It is expected that the CBSE will release the CTET 2024 admit card by 5th July 2024. After releasing the admit card, candidates can easily download it from the official website at ctet.nic.in. The authority already released the CTET city intimation slip on their official website. To download their slip, candidates must have to provide the download slip. Furthermore, the CTET 2024 July session exam will be conducted on July 7th, 2024 as scheduled.

CTET is a national-level exam conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for those candidates who wish to pursue their career as a teacher in the Central Government School.

Eligibility Criteria for CTET 2024

For CTET Primary Teacher (Class I – V) – Paper 1:

  • Applicants should have completed their Senior Secondary with a minimum of 50% marks and have passed or are in the final year of a 2-year D.El.Ed program.
  • Applicants who have completed their Senior Secondary or equivalent with at least 50% marks and who passed or appearing in the final year examination of a 4-year B.El.Ed program.
  • applicants who have completed their Senior Secondary or equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year examination of a 2-year D.Ed. program

For CTET 2024 Elementary Teacher (Class VI – VIII) – Paper 2:

  • Applicants completed their graduation degree or equivalent and passed or appearing in finial year examination of a 2-year D.El.Ed.
  • Applicants who have completed their graduation degree or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year examination of 1-year B.Ed. program.
  • Applicants who have completed graduation degree or equivalent with minimum of 45% aggregate marks. They should have passed or appearing in find year exam of a 1-year B.Ed program as per NCTE Regulations.
  • Applicants completed Senior Secondary with a minimum of 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year examination of 4-year B.El.Ed.
  • Applicants should have completed their Senior Secondary or equivalent with minimum of 50% aggregate marks. They should have passed or in the final year examination of a 4-year BA/B.Sc.Ed/ or BA.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.

Age Limit Criteria for CTET 2024:

As mentioned in the official CTET 2024 notification, the age of the aspirant should be minimum of 18 years and not exceed 35 years. If the candidates do not meet the certain eligibility criteria, their applications will be cancelled.

There is an application fee that candidates must have to pay for the CTET 2024 examination. They can make the payment through both online and offline modes. Candidates can make the payment offline by using the e-Challan and those who wish to make the payment online can use a debit card or credit card.
