RRB NTPC Exam Dates Out Soon: Check CBT 1 & 2 Schedule, Expected City Information & Admit Card Release Date
Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced 11,558 vacancies for Pay Levels 2, 3, 5, and 6. A total of 1,21,67,679 candidates applied for the RRB NTPC 2025 exam, with 58,40,861 applying for graduate-level posts and 63,26,818 for 12th-level posts. RRB will select candidates for various Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) positions.
Kolkata: Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) will soon announce the RRB NTPC CBT 1 exam dates for 2025. Candidates can plan their preparation accordingly, once the dates are out. Registered candidates can download the RRB NTPC 2025 CBT 1 admit card 4 days before the exam start with their login credentials. Additionally, the city information slip will be released 10 days before the exam.

As per the RRB NTPC exam pattern, the CBT 1 exam has three sections: General Awareness, Mathematics, and General Intelligence and Reasoning. The exam includes a total of 100 marks, and the syllabus is based on the high school level.
The RRB NTPC 2025 notification has been released for Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) posts in Indian Railways. It includes undergraduate-level posts like Junior Clerk, Accounts Clerk, Trains Clerk, and Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, as well as graduate-level posts such as Goods Guard, Senior Clerk, Junior Account Assistant, and Station Master. This recruitment is for various Zonal Railways and Production Units.
The RRB NTPC exam selects candidates for these roles, offering a great opportunity for those who have completed class 12 or graduation from recognized boards/universities. It's a golden chance to build a career in Indian Railways.
RRB NTPC CBT 1 exam date 2025 will be announced soon by Railway Recruitment Board (RRB). It is expected to be held in April 2025, with three shifts on a single day. Each candidate's shift and exam timings are mentioned on their RRB NTPC 2025 admit card.
The second stage of the RRB NTPC exam, CBT 2, will be held a few months after the prelims (CBT 1) results. This stage is crucial as its marks are counted in the final merit list. After CBT 2, a post-wise skill test will be conducted. Candidates should stay updated on the exam schedule and focus on their preparation to perform well in the exam.
The RRB NTPC CBT exam will be 90 minutes long. However, PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) candidates may get 120 minutes to complete their exam.

RRB NTPC city intimation slip will be released 10 days before the exam start. It will give information about the exam city, exam date, exam center location etc. The slip helps candidates to plan their travel for the CBT 1 exam. However, city intimation slip and admit card both are different. City intimation slip consists only exam centre related information, while the admit card consists crucial information and it act like a passkey to enter to the exam hall.
RRB NTPC CBT admit card will be released 4 days before the exam starts. Candidates can access their admit card by entering their registration number and DOB.
