Kolkata: Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have announced the exam dates for the RRB JE CBT 2. The CBT 2 exam will be conducted on April 22, 2025. Candidates who are eligible for the second stage Computer Based Test (CBT-II) can check the schedule on the official websites of their respective regional RRBs.

RRB JE CBT 2 exam will be conducted on April 22, 2025, and it will be 2 hours long. The question paper will consist of 150 multiple-choice questions covering topics such as General Awareness, Physics and Chemistry, Basics of Computers and Applications, Basics of Environment and Pollution Control, and technical knowledge related to the post. During the RRB JE exam, a virtual calculator will be available on the computer screen for candidates to use.

RRB 2025 city intimation slip will be available on all RRB official websites 10 days before the exam. RRB admit card 2025 (E-call letters) will be issued 4 days before the exam date mentioned in the official notification.

At the RRB exam center, appearing candidates will undergo Aadhaar-linked biometric verification before entering the exam hall. They must carry their original Aadhaar card or a printout of their e-verified Aadhaar along with RRB admit card 2025.

What is the Selection Process for RRB JE Post?

Appearing candidates will be selected for RRB JE CBT 2 based on their normalized scores from the CBT 1 exam. The RRB recruitment includes:

CBT-I (First-stage Computer-Based Test)
CBT-II (Second-stage Computer-Based Test)
Document Verification (DV)
Medical Examination (ME)
