Kolkata: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) is set to start KCET 2025 registrations from January 23, 2025. The application process for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) will remain open until February 21. The exam is set for April 16, 17, and 18, and will include Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. A special Kannada Language Test will be held on April 18 for Horanadu and Gadinadu candidates. Candidates with successful scores will be eligible for admission to courses such as Yoga and Naturopathy, B.Pharm, Pharm D, Agricultural Science, and B.Sc (Nursing).

Highlighting a first-of-its-kind initiative, he shared that the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has unveiled the complete schedule for all professional course entrance exams in one go. To simplify the process for students, new software has been developed for on-site document verification at their respective colleges.

  • Step 1: Visit the official website of KEA.
  • Step 2: On the homepage, click on the Karnataka CET link to proceed.
  • Step 3: A new page will appear. Begin by registering yourself on the portal.
  • Step 4: After registering, log in to your account and carefully complete the application form with the required details.
  • Step 5: Proceed to pay the application fee online and ensure you click on the submit button.
  • Step 6: Once submitted, download the confirmation page for your records.
  • Step 7: Keep a printed copy of the confirmation page for any future requirements.

What?s After the KCET 2025 Registration?

After completing the registration process, the exam authority will open the KCET 2025 application correction window. Candidates who made errors during registration will have the opportunity to correct specific details through this facility. However, it?s important to note that only certain fields can be edited during the correction period. The KCET 2025 exam pattern provides key details such as the number of questions, duration, marking scheme, and more. The exam will be conducted offline in a pen-and-paper format, spanning two days with four sessions in total. On the first day, Mathematics and Biology exams will be held in two separate sessions. The second day will feature Physics and Chemistry exams, also in two sessions. The test will follow a multiple-choice question format, lasting three hours. Candidates will earn one mark for each correct answer, with no negative marking for incorrect responses.
