What are the Important Exam Day Instructions for GAT B 2025?

NTA has issued the following guidelines for GAT-B 2025, failure to follow these instructions may result in disqualification.

Documents to Carry: All examinees must bring their GAT-B 2025 admit card, one recent passport-sized photograph, and an original, government-issued photo identification document (such as Aadhaar card, passport, PAN card, or driver's license).
Prohibited Items: Examinees are strictly prohibited from bringing food items, study materials, electronic devices like mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, etc. or any other banned materials into the exam hall.
Reporting Time: Examinees must arrive at the test center by the designated reporting time, as latecomers will not be allowed entry after 8:30 AM under any circumstances.
Biometric Verification: All candidates will undergo mandatory biometric verification (fingerprint/facial recognition) and ID validation at the test center to prevent impersonation and ensure only registered examinees gain entry.
Attendance Protocol: Each candidate is required to sign and paste their photograph in the designated space on the attendance sheet.
Seat Allocation: Candidates must take their assigned seat immediately after entering the exam hall.
Rough Work Guidelines: All examinees will receive five blank sheets for rough work during the exam. They must clearly write their name and roll number on these sheets. After finishing the test, they must return all used and unused sheets by placing them in the designated drop box before leaving. Taking any rough work sheets out of the exam hall is strictly prohibited.
