Kolkata: COMEDK UGET 2025 registration process is scheduled to begin on February 3 and will continue until March 15. Candidates can access mock tests starting February 17 to familiarize themselves with the exam format. Applicants can also correct their application details during the correction window from April 11 to April 14. This year, the COMEDK UGET will be held on May 10, alongside the Uni-GAUGE exam, offering aspiring engineers a chance to secure admission into Karnataka's top engineering colleges.

The COMEDK Undergraduate Entrance Test (UGET) 2025 will be conducted in a computer-based format on an all-India level, making it easier for students to take the exam at centers near their homes. This approach aims to reduce travel expenses and logistical challenges for candidates.
The UGET question paper has 180 questions, with 60 questions from each subject- physics, chemistry, and mathematics. The exam will be conducted in English, and candidates will earn 1 mark for every correct answer. There is no negative marking for incorrect responses, providing students with a stress-free testing experience.

The eligibility criteria for COMEDK 2025 are given below:

The steps for COMEDK UGET 2025 registration are as follows:
Candidates can download the COMEDK UGET admit card from April 30 to May 10, 2025, once the registration process is complete. The provisional answer key will be published on May 14, 2025. Candidates can submit challenges or objections by May 16, 2025. The final answer key will be released on May 21, followed by the declaration of the COMEDK UGET results on May 24, 2025.
Ans: COMEDK UGET, organized by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka, provides opportunities for admission to engineering programs in private colleges throughout Karnataka. It also gives candidates access to a broader selection of colleges and specialization options compared to KCET.
Ans: As per the COMEDK marking scheme, candidates will earn 1 mark for every correct answer. There is no penalty for incorrect responses. Therefore, it’s recommended that candidates attempt all questions to improve their chances of qualifying for the COMEDK UGET 2025 exam.
Ans: JEE is generally considered more challenging than COMEDK due to its conceptually tough questions that demand a deep understanding of the subjects. On the other hand, COMEDK questions are relatively easier, focusing more on testing problem-solving skills.
