BSEB Bihar Board Compartment Exam 2025 Date Sheet Out for Class 10 and 12; Get Complete Schedule
This year, 7,52,685 boys and 8,05,392 girls appeared for the Bihar Board Matric examination. However, 1,23,065 boys and 1,55,718 girls, a total of 278,783 students could not pass the exam. BSEB will give them another opportunity through the BSEB Compartment exams 2025. Check compartment exam dates now.
Kolkata: Bihar School Examination Board has officially announced BSEB compartment exam dates 2025 for the class 10 and class 12. The schedule covers all academic streams, Arts, Science, and Commerce. Students can check the official notice on compartment exam dates on the BSEB website at biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in.
BSEB has announced that both the class 12 and class 10 compartment exam will be held from May 02, 2025 to May 15, 2025, with practical examinations scheduled for May 14 and 15, 2025.
As per the official notification, the Bihar Board compartment exams will be conducted in two shifts, the first shift from 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM and the second shift from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM. Candidates will be given a 15 minute cool-off period before the commencement of each exam to settle in.
To pass the compartment exams, students must secure a minimum of 33% marks in their respective subjects. This provision allows unsuccessful candidates another opportunity to clear their pending papers and progress academically.
Students who couldn't clear their Bihar Board class 10th and 12th exams held in January-February 2025 will get another opportunity through the BSEB Compartment exams 2025.

BSEB has announced the class 12 results for 2025 with. This year, 5,08,540 students got first division, 5,07,002 students secured second division, and 91,788 students passed with third division. A notable gender-wise performance shows girls continuing their academic dominance with 87.67% pass rate, outperforming boys who achieved 85.34% pass rate. Out of 6.37 lakh girls, 5.59 lakh passed, while 5.48 lakh boys passed out of 6.42 lakh who took the exam.
