LLB (Hons.): Course Eligibility
The eligibility criteria for the LLB programme depend on various factors, such as course, college, marks of 10 + 2, or any Undergraduate degree programme. Before applying for the LLB programme, Candidates should check the eligibility criteria. Otherwise, Their candidature can be nullified at any point during the admission process.
- For admission to the Three-year LLB programme, Candidates must have a a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, such as BSc, B.Com, BA, BBA, or BCA. For admission to the five - year LLB Programme, Candidates must have to complete the 10 + 2.
- The minimum mark requirements might vary between colleges, some colleges accept 50%, while others require only 45%. Also, In the case of public law colleges, there is a relaxation in minimum marks for Reserved category candidates.
- There are no upper age limit criteria for pursuing LLB courses.
- Candidates who are appearing for the final year of their undergraduate programme can also apply for this program. However, They have to meet the other eligibility criteria determined by the college to which the candidate is seeking admission.
