PGDM - HRM: Course Syllabus
PGDM in HRM syllabus consists :
- Human Resource Development
- Performance Management
- Employee Legislation
- Managerial Economics
- Strategic Management.
The course has 4 semesters. Students have to study the both Elective and Core subjects and They have to do a job - oriented project in the Final semester.
Candidates can look for jobs in the sectors such as : Automobiles, Consulting, Banks, E - Commerce and IT.
