B.Tech: Course entrance exam
There are many entrance exams are conducted for admission to the B.Tech program offered by various institutes. The entrance exam score can be divided into national-level entrance exams, state - level entrance exams, and Institute - specific exams.
Here are some of the entrance exams that are required for B.Tech admission to Government and Private Engineering colleges :
- JEE Main : It is a national - level entrance exam, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
- JEE Advanced : This is a national-level entrance exam administered by the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
- WBJEE : It is a state-level entrance exam, conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board.
- KEAM : This state - level entrance exam is conducted by the State Common Entrance test Cell – Maharashtra for the admission to the B.Tech programme.
- SRMJEEE : It is a University - level entrance exam, conducted by SRM University for admission to the B.Tech programme.
- BITSAT : It is a University - level entrance exam, conducted by the Birla Institute of Technology and Science.
- VITEEE : This University - level entrance exam is conducted by the Vellore Institute of Technology.
