MDI Murshidabad Scholarships 2024

MDI Murshidabad offers various scholarship schemes for its students. The scholarship is available for North - East students to pursue PGDM. Candidates can apply for the Special Scholarship Scheme and Freeship Scheme during their course. 
 

MDI Murshidabad Scholarship Eligibility Criteria :
 

I. Special Scholarships for the North - East Students :

• The candidates must have completed the Class 10th and Class 12th from a recognized board in the North Eastern Region.
• The candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA in both Class 10th and 12th.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized board.
• The candidate’s family income should not exceed INR 8 LPA.
   

II. Freeship Scheme :

• For this scholarship, Candidates must be a resident of the North Eastern Region.
• They have completed the Class 12th from a recognized board in the North - Eastern Region.
• They have secured minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in both Class 10th and 12th.
• Candidates must have 3 years of Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized board.
• The candidate’s family income should not exceed INR 8.0 LPA.
   

III. MDI Murshidabad Scholarship Amount :

Here are the amount details of the Special Scholarship Scheme :

• A monthly stipend of INR 8500/- will be provided to the students for a maximum of 21 months during the PGDM course, with the rate of scholarship determined by his/her achievement in the term exams.

• If the candidate secured a CGPA of 7.0 to 8.5 in any term, The amount of the scholarship will increase to INR 10,600 per month. Similarly, if the candidates secure over 8.5 CGPA, then the scholarship amount will increase to INR 12,750/-.

• With a poor performance that is less than a 6.0 CGPA, candidates will not receive any scholarship in the next term. However, achieving a CGPA of 6.0 or above, The scholarship will be reinstated in the next term.

• You should also know that the scholarship is only open to ten students.
