Aikyashree
Scholarship scheme for minority students :
Students belonging to minority communities, such as Buddhist, Jain, Christian, Muslim, Parsee and Sikh are eligible to apply for various scholarships scheme to provide different scholarships – Post Matric, Pre - Matric, Talent Support stipend (TSP), Merit - Cum - Means for poor and meritorious students.
To apply for the Aikyashree scholarship, visit www.wbmdfcscholarship.in. There, you have to click on the New Registration option and then continue the process. The state government has launched a state minority scholarship program called “Aikhyashree”. There are two existing scholarship schemes called TSP and SVMCM.

Kanyashree Prakalpa (K1 & K2)
Scholarship scheme for Female students :
All Female students, across the board who are 18 years of age are eligible to apply for the Kanyashree Prakalpa. This one - time Kanyashree grant you the fund of INR 25,000 during their Graduation course.
Girls who are not 18 years old yet, are usually eligible for the K1 grant.
Candidates who have not applied for the Kanyashree Prakalpa grant during their school years also may apply for this grant, if eligible by age.
No income bar.
Applicant has to be a domicile of the West Bengal State to be eligible for this scholarship scheme.

Kanyashree Prakalpa (K3)
It is a sub - scheme under the Swami Vivekananda Merit-cum-means Scholarship Scheme for the girl students studying Post - graduate courses. There are no family income criteria.
Eligibility :
Girl students studying in PG courses in the West Bengal state in regular mode.
They should have passed with at least 45% marks in aggregate from any institution in this state.
A resident of West Bengal.
Mode of Application :
Students can apply for this scholarship online within the specific period as notified. Details will be available on the official portal of the scholarship at https://svmcm.wbhed.gov.in/.
This SVMCM scholarship program is offered to meritorious students whose family income is less than INR 2,50,000 in the state of West Bengal for pursuing higher studies.
Eligibility :
60% marks in the last qualifying examination for Higher Secondary or UG courses.
53% marks in Honours subject for PG courses in General Education.
55% marks in Graduation for PG courses Engineering Education.
Annual family income should be within INR 2,50,000 LPA.
Students must be a legal resident of West Bengal State.
Should not applying for any other government scholarship scheme.

5.
National Scholarships
All the UG and PG students interested in applying for any scholarship that is processed under National Scholarship Portal 2.0, visit the official website at https://scholarships.gov.in/.
Eligibility :
Female students should be studying in PG courses in this state are in regular mode.
They should have passed the UG course with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate from any Institute in this State.
