Institute of Environmental Studies and Wetland Management, IESWM, Kolkata was previously known as the Institute of Wetland Management & Ecological Design, and in April 2005 to enhance the scopes of the institute, the name was changed to Institute of Environmental Studies and Wetland Management. The college was established in March 1986, located in Kolkata, West Bengal. The primary focus of the institute is to conduct the education wetlands and its ecology.
