AICTE Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scholarship
The AICTE Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) is a flagship financial aid program for first-year PGDM and PGDM-HRM students. It aims to support bright students from low-income families.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be enrolled in PGDM or PGDM-HRM (first year only).
- Family income should be INR 8 lakh per annum or less.
- Students must provide any one of the following:
- Family income certificate issued by a government revenue authority
- Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate
- Non-Creamy Layer certificate (from a government authority)
Scholarship Benefits:
- 100% tuition fee waiver
- 15 scholarships for PGDM students
- 6 scholarships for PGDM-HRM students
Terms & Conditions:
- Only applicable during the first year.
- Based on admission rank and financial documents.
- Cannot be combined with any other MDI Gurgaon scholarship.
- Final approval lies with the Scholarship Selection Committee.
Merit-cum-Means Scholarship
To support students who are academically strong but financially challenged, MDI offers the Merit-cum-Means (MCM) Scholarship across all full-time PGDM programs, including:
- PGDM
- PGDM-HRM
- PGDM-IB
- PGDM – Business Analytics (BA)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be enrolled in a 2-year full-time PGDM course at MDI Gurgaon.
- Minimum CGPA of 6.0 after Term I and II.
- Family income should be INR 8 lakh per annum or less.
Scholarship Benefits:
- 50% waiver of tuition fees.
- 10 total scholarships, including 2 reserved for female candidates.

Financial Assistance for FPM (Residential) Students at MDI Gurgaon
MDI Gurgaon extends a generous financial support package to its full-time FPM residential scholars.
Scholarship Details:
- Monthly Fellowship: FPM scholars receive a monthly scholarship of INR 60,000, disbursed for a maximum duration of:
- 4 years for students without an MBA
- 3 years for those who already hold an MBA degree
- Contingency & Conference Grants: To support academic pursuits and research
- A contingency grant of INR 1,50,000 (total) is provided for expenses like fieldwork, books, and data collection.
- A conference grant of INR 4,00,000 (total) is available for presenting research papers at academic forums, seminars, and international conferences.
- Fee Waivers: Residential scholars enjoy complete waivers on:

- Learning material fees
- Student welfare and activity fees
