MCKV Institute of Engineering, Howrah has a Training and Placement Cell on the campus. They handle the MCKVIE placement drive every year. They organize activities that help the candidates to increase the student’s employability such as leadership abilities, soft skill development, etc.
Every year, various recruiters participated in the placement drive, including the HCL, Genpact, Ericsson and others. As per the placement report of 2023, out of 371 candidates, 330 students were placed with a median salary of INR 4 LPA, while 6 candidates opted for higher studies.
