Dr. BC Roy Engineering College offers admission to various courses at the UG and PG levels. The BCREC B.Tech course includes several specializations, such as : Electrical Engineering, CSE, IT, Instrumentation and Electronics Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science & Design, etc. 

Admission to the B.Tech course is done through the JEE Main/ WBJEE entrance exam score. They also provide other undergraduate courses, such as BBA in Hospital Management and Supply Chain Management, B.Optom and B.Sc. in Medical Technology, etc.
 

Their M.Tech course includes Power System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, CSE and ECE. For admission to the M.Tech course, the candidate must have taken the GATE/ WB PGET. They also provide a PG program in MCA admission considering WB JECA and MBA admission are based on the CAT/ CMAT/ JEMAT/ MAT.

• Candidates must register their account at the BCREC admission portal.
• To register a student account, visit the BCREC official website at https://bcrec.ac.in/.
• Under the Admission section, select the “Apply” option.
• There, under the login section, simply select the “Sign Up Here” option.
• After registering the account, candidates should fill up the application form.
• They also have to upload all the required documents through online mode.
• The Final stage of the application procedure is the application fee payment.
   

Dr. BC Roy College UG Course Admissions :

BCREC offers B.Tech. courses at the UG level with different streams. The admission to the B.Tech the course is done based on JEE Main/ WBJEE examinations.

 Along with the B.Tech course, They also offer admission to the BCA, BBA and B.Sc. programs. The duration of these PG courses is 3 to 4 years. Here are the eligibility criteria for BCREC UG courses :

• B.E./B.Tech : Candidates should have passed the 10 + 2 exam from a recognized board.
• BCA : Candidates must have passed HSC from a recognized board.
• B.Sc (Media Lab Technology) : Should have passed HSC from a recognized board.

•  For admission to the BCREC UG courses, Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria.
• The admission for the B.Tech courses should have secured a valid rank in the JEE Main/ WBJEE exam.
• After the announcement of the examination result, Candidates have to register for the counseling process.
• Candidates have to choose the preferred college as BCREC.

Dr. BC Roy Engineering College PG Course Admissions :

Admission to the PG courses is done through the entrance examination, such as GATE/ WB PGET scores. MBA admission is done based on valid ranks of CAT/ MAT/ JEMAT/ CMAT and for the MCA WB JECA examination. The course duration of all the PG programs is 2 years. 

Here are the eligibility criteria for the BCREC PG courses :

• M.E./M.Tech : Candidates should have passed a Bachelor’s degree in relevant branches of science, along with a valid score in GATE/ WB PGET.
• MCA : Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s degree, along with valid scores in WB JECA.
• MBA : Candidates should have passed Graduation from a recognized board, along with a valid score of MAT/ CAT/ JEMAT/ CMAT.

• Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria for the admission to the M.E./M.Tech program.
• For admission to the M.Tech course, Candidates should have secured a valid rank in the GATE/ WB PGET examination.
• Candidates who wish to apply for the MCA course must have a valid score in the WB JECA examination.
• After the announcement of the result, Candidates have to register for the counseling process.
• Candidates have to fill up the application form, specifying their preferred specializations.
