Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology [MAKAUT], Nadia Admission 2024:Dates,Eligibility, Application Process and Selection Criteria

Admission to MAKAUT is based on Entrance exams. The Institute accepts the entrance exams such as PGET, GATE, JEMAT and CET. MAKAUT also accepts admissions based on the marks in JELET, JEHOM, JECA and WBJEE for many courses. 

The institute offers over 100 programs in Technology, Pharmacy, Management, Science and Engineering. 

I. MAKAUT B.Tech Eligibility Criteria :

• Students must have completed their Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. 

• They must have at least 45% marks or 5.0 CGPA. 

II. MAKAUT BCA Eligibility Criteria :

• Candidates must have passed Class 12. 

• Students must have Mathematics as the compulsory subject in the qualifying test. 

III. MAKAUT BBA Eligibility Criteria :

• Applicants must have completed Class 12 in any stream from a recognized board with minimum 45% marks. 

IV. MAKAUT B.Sc Selection Criteria :

• Selection to this course is based on the scores of CET. 

• Final selection will be after the verification of the documents and reporting of the selected students. 

V. MAKAUT M.Tech Eligibility Criteria :

• Students must have completed Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Engineering. 

• They must have 60% marks or 6.75 CGPA. 

VI. MAKAUT MCA Eligibility Criteria : 

• Students must have completed BCA from a recognized university. 

• Candidates must have the score of 45% marks. 

VII. MAKAUT MBA Eligibility Criteria :

• Candidates must have passed Bachelor’s degree in any field, with minimum 45% marks or 5 CGPA.
