Gurukul Management Studies (GMS), Kolkata was established in 2004 under the Gurukul Educational Trust. The college is affiliated with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology. The institute has two campuses in Salt Lake City, Kolkata.

GMS, Kolkata offers management courses in full - time mode. The programs offered at UG level are Bachelor of Hotel Management and BCA, PG level course offered is M.Sc.

Other than Regular Academic programs, The institute focuses on English communication classes, soft skill training and personality development programs. GMS, Kolkata conducts various seminars, lectures and in these events reputed industry experts, corporates and eminent bankers are invited.

The college is also equipped with a well - stocked library, Conference halls, Spacious classrooms and IT resource centers.
