SKCET Admission Process 2024 

STEP 1 : Register Using Details 

Candidates must have to register their details like name, faster’s name, mobile number, and email address. All further communication about TNEA Counselling will be exchanged through the mobile number and email address provided during the registration. So, make sure to register the correct mobile number and email ID.

STEP 2 : Payment of Counselling Fees

After registering your account, The student will be able to pay the fees as per their respective category. Application fees for General/ OBC are INR 500 and INR 250 for the SC/ ST category.

STEP 3 : Filling Personal Details

Candidates must provide the details of tentatively, Nationality and Category along with information like marks of qualifying exams and board.

STEP 4 : Submission of Form

Candidates must verify all the details furnished in the application form as they cannot change those details later. After verifying all the details, Candidates have to submit the complete filling application form.

STEP 5 : Random Number Allotment

Candidates will be allotted a 10-digit random number after completing the registration. This number of TNEA will help to break the deadlock between candidates, there is a tie even after exhausting all tie-breaking rules.

STEP 6 : Document Verification

After submitting the application form, candidates will be allotted a random number that is required to report at TNEA facilitation centers for document verification. Candidates must carry the original documents, such as a High School mark sheet, Intermediate mark sheet, Transfer certificate from the school attended, natively certificate (if required), category certificate (applicable category), and photo identity proof.

STEP 7 : Merit List

The conducting authority of TNEA, DOTE will prepare a merit list based on normalized marks by taking into account marks of Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. 

STEP 8 : Counselling

Candidates whose name is listed on the merit list can able to participate in TNEA Counselling. Candidates must have to pay a fee of INR 5000 towards college admission. Then, Candidates must have to log in to their TNEA account through the registration number and password and fill in their choice.

STEP 9 : Seat Allotment Result

DOTE will release the result of the first round of seat allotment after completing the choice filling round.
