Roorkee Institute of Engineering has its own dedicated Training and Placement cell. They provide On - campus, joint - campus and Off - campus placements to the students. In the case of Technical courses, most of the students are placed even before the completion of the course.

The placement cell consists of T&R officers, student coordinators and faculty members who interact with the corporate world and prepare the students for their careers. They organize various Seminars, Presentations, Industrial visits, Guest lectures, Personality development programs etc. for the students. Plus, They also organize mock interview sessions for the students. The highest CTC offered to the students is INR 12 LPA and the average CTC offered is INR 6.5 LPA.
