B.Sc Mass Communication (Hons.) :
The B.Sc Mass Communication (Hons.) is designed to provide the students with comprehensive knowledge regarding the mass media functions and processes. It encompasses all the major components of mass communication, such as social media, Film, Print, Online and TV Journalism, Graphic Designing and Animation, Photography, TV production, Radio, and research.
M.A Mass Communication :
MA Mass Communications is designed to provide students with a hands - on approach that enables them students to develop the technical expertise, conceptual skills, and artistic expression required to become accomplished media and communication practitioners. It offers a wide range of Theoretical knowledge and extensive communication skills in various fields, such as Television Journalism, social media, Photography, etc.
Specializations :
MA in Mass Communication consists of three streams of specialization. Students are allowed to choose any stream of specialization from the courses offered :
- Advertising & Marketing Communication
- Corporate Communication & Public Relations
- Journalism (Print & Electronic Media)
PhD Full Time :
The School of Communication offers PhD program to prepare full - time participants for research and teaching positions both within and outside academia.
PhD Part-Time :
It prepares the participants for research and teaching positions both within and outside the academia. The scholars are expected to develop a deep understanding of the area of research selected by them.
