Ans. VIT will issue applications till end of March 2025 (tentative)

How many campuses does VIT have?

Ans. Under VIT Group there are 4 campuses, namely VIT Vellore, VIT Chennai, VIT AP and VIT Bhopal. While VIT Vellore and VIT Chennai are Deemed to be University, VIT-AP and VIT-Bhopal are considered as state private Universities.

Will I be offered the option of choosing campus and program while filling application?

Ans. ‘No’. You can get the option of choosing campus and programme only at the time of counselling. The final allotment of course and campus depends on the availability of the programme and campus as per the rank as per the entrance exam in the order of merit.

Is VITEEE mandatory or would merit of XII/ Higher Secondary Board, JEE Main/ SAT scores be considered for admission to the B.Tech. Degree programme?

Ans. Yes. VITEEE is a mandatory entrance exam for admission to the B.Tech. Programme in VIT. Higher Secondary Board, JEE Main/ SAT scores will not be enough for admission to the B.Tech. Degree programme.
