About  Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Examination Mains (IIT JEE Mains)

National Testing Agency (NTA) is a self - sustained and autonomous exam organization that conducts entrance test for admission to popular colleges. The JEE Mains is conducted by the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Government of India since 2019. The exam has two papers, Paper 1 is for Engineering and Paper 2 is for Architecture.

• 4 marks are awarded for each correct answer. 
• 1 mark is deducted for each wrong answer. 

IIT JEE Mains Exam 2024 (Tentative) 

NTA will conduct the session 2 test from April 4 to 15, 2024. The city intimation slip will be activated soon on the official website. The rerelease date is the 3^rd week of March, 2024. The admit card for session 2 is on April 1, 2024, and it will be available on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.
